- Present earnest money contract to seller.
- Negotiate terms and sales price.
- Submit executed earnest money contract to the title company.
- Feasibility study begins.
- Order and review property survey.
- Order a phase one environmental (if needed).
- Feasibility study ends (earnest money at risk).
