Michael J. Bakke, Sr.

Michael has over ten years experience in Fortune 500 business and over eight years in commercial real estate. Michael served as a Vice President and Director of New Business Development for CB Richard Ellis, and worked with Aequus Real Estate Services (now Grubb & Ellis) as a commercial real estate professional focusing on strategic solutions to corporations’ unique real estate needs.

Doug Swanson

Doug brings over 20 years of experience in corporate sales and account management. Doug held the position of Worldwide Account Manager and Global Sales Executive for FedEx Worldwide Services and Federal Express. He worked closely with global customers such as Dell Computer, USAA, Clarke American, Chromalloy and Tenneco, directing sales, consulting, and resource allocation efforts. He was responsible for delivering global supply chain solutions, which included FedEx technology, logistics and transportation services.

Bringing their expertise and team apparoach to the market, Michael and Doug created a commercial real estate company that can serve all of their clients' needs.
