Professional Experience

Doug brings more than 20 years of corporate sales and management experience to Bakke Swanson Real Estate Services. Doug held the position of Worldwide Account Manager and Global Sales Executive for FedEx Worldwide Services and Federal Express. He worked closely with global customers such as Dell Computer, USAA, Clarke American, Chromalloy, and Tenneco, directing sales, consulting, and resource allocation efforts. He was responsible for delivering global supply chain solutions, which included FedEx technology, logistics and transportation services.

Doug worked with Noll.Bakke Realty Advisors as a tenant/buyer representative prior to forming Bakke Swanson Real Estate Services with business partner Michael Bakke. Doug brings the same kind of energy, relationship building and value-based solutions to his commercial real estate clients as he brought to the Fortune 500 customers he has worked with over the last 20 years.
